Clare and Tom were terrific. They went above and beyond. When there were obstacles, they worked to overcome them and their professionalism and patience made an otherwise challenging transaction go smoothly. In a soft market for sellers, with 3x the normal inventory, Clare and Tom brought the buyer to table. They also handled small details such as last-minute repairs, coordinating with neighbors for maintenance prior to the buyer moving in, even replacing a hot water baseboard cover. We honestly can't recommend them highly enough.
