We decided to investigate purchasing a second home in Colorado. Our primary residence is in Florida, and we did not have any local references for a real estate agent to help us with our research and the purchase process. We were extremely fortunate to have Clare and Tom Day referred to us through our mortgage broker's contacts. The Day team helped us with their knowledge of the different Colorado communities that matched our desired location. They then helped us identify, view, and vett properties that matched our desired home characteristics. We very quickly were under contract on our Colorado home. Clare and team could not have been more helpful, responsive, and professional in guiding us to a vert quick successful closing. They provided many contacts for various inspections, and estimates on different maintenance and improvement projects. Their general knowledge of area and the real estate business is top notch. We would recommend Clare and Tom to anyone who is looking for a real estate agent to help them with the sale or purchase of a property.
